Jana Vancakova is a PhD student from the Autnomous University of Barcelona who does research on "Strengths and their influence on sport men" as well as the resilience and passion between different levels of participation/dedication. She will be a guest scientiest from November until January in our department. Within her stay she will support our research through the development of Czech and Spanish versions of the OLIW scales and the Short Measure of Adult Playfulness (SMAP). Throughout her time at our department she will extend the work on her dissertation by engaging in the field of positive psychology with the focus on strengths..
