- Antrittsvorlesung Prof. Dr. Torsten Schubert
Am 15. Mai 2019 hat Prof. Dr. Torsten Schubert um 18:00 Uhr im Hörsaal XIV des Löwengebäudes seine Antrittsvorlesung gehalten. Prof. Schubert hat 2016 die Professur für Allgemeine Psychologie am Institut für Psychologie der Martin-Luther Universität Halle-Wittenberg übernommen. In seiner gut besuchten Antrittsvorlesung, mit den Titel „Multitasking – Herausforderung für die menschliche Aufmerksamkeit und die psychologische Forschung“, hat Prof. Schubert seine Forschung im Bereich des Multitasking (Ausführung von mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig) vorgestellt. Er hat dem Publikum Einblicke in die Methoden, mit denen Multitasking untersucht wird, gegeben und die Ergebnisse anhand von alltäglichen Multitasking-Situationen erläutert – wie zum Beispiel wenn man beim Autofahren gleichzeitig telefoniert, und warum es zu Leistungsbeeinträchtigungen kommt, wenn Menschen mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig ausführen. Außerdem erläuterte er Möglichkeiten und Methoden, um den Umgang mit Multitasking zu trainieren. Nach der Vorlesung gab es ein Sektempfang. - Veit Kubik hat einen Vortrag über seine Forschung an der Universität Kassel gehalten.
